Shipping & Delivery Conditions

Welcome to the Shop of JUNG Hebe- und Transporttechnik GmbH. Below you will find information on shipping methods, delivery times and how shipping costs are calculated for orders within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes place within 5–7 business days after the order (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays), provided that no deviating information is given in the product or during checkout and payment has been received.

Delivery Area

We deliver to the countries of the DACH region: Germany, Austria, Switzerland. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us.

Shipping Methods by Weight

The choice of shipping method primarily depends on the total weight of your order.

Calculation of Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the distance (postal code), the destination country (DACH) and the total weight of the order. After entering the delivery address, the binding shipping costs will automatically be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Customs & Import (Switzerland)

For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply. These are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipment Tracking

For parcel shipments, we can provide a tracking number if needed. Freight shipments will be notified in advance.

Transport Damage

Please check the shipment upon receipt. Report any obvious transport damage immediately to the carrier and inform us so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

Price Information

Unless otherwise stated, all prices in the shop are quoted net plus applicable VAT. Shipping costs will be shown separately during checkout.
